Upstream:None known.

T S Wrightsell Mill

This mill appears on the Johnson map (1895) as being in Guilford County, but it seems to be in extreme northeastern Randolph County near the very top of South Prong Stinking Quarter Creek. Hughes shows a mill called Barton Long Mill 1779 in Randolph County in this vicinity.

The F A Reitgel Mill is mentioned in an 1883 statute regarding seining for fish, presumably referring to this mill.

Randolph DB 5, pg 50 shows a deed from Nicholas Coble to James Weir for a mill on Stinking Quarter Creek 3/7/1792 - presumably same as this mill.

Downstream:Mt Pleasant Manf Co
